• Michael Jackson's famed Neverland Valley Ranch in California will be foreclosed and sold on March 19 unless the pop star pays a balance of nearly $25 million.
THE SPIN:
Michael Jackson may likely join the millions of Americans who have unfortunately lost their homes due to foreclosure. Fox News columnist Roger Friedman reported that Jackson has been formally informed of the foreclosure and legal documents have been filed with the Santa Barbara County Recorder’s office. I guess the sales from the repackaged version of Thriller can only go so far. If Jackson doesn’t pay the outstanding balance, estimated at $24.5 million, Mike’s Peter-Pan-dream-turned-prime-real-estate-investment will be sold to the highest bidder at a public auction. Anyone know how Prince feels about roller coasters and zebras?
