A judge has warned Vivica A. Fox to get herself booked at a police station by December 11 or he will set it off and issue a warrant for her arrest. The star was arrested in Los Angeles back in March for a DUI.
According to police, the 43-year-old actress was traveling around 80 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. Fox has denied two misdemeanor charges of drunk-driving, but failed to show up to her DUI hearing in Los Angeles on Monday.
C’mon, Frankie. This isn’t a movie. You better go get your hair done for the mug shot before you wind up in a cell.
