• Bishop Don Juan has revealed that he is dating James Brown’s widow, Tomi Rae, saying the two have exchanged diamond rings.

Bishop Don Juan has dipped in James Brown’s old bag of tricks. The former pimp turned Snoop Dogg sidekick says he and James Brown widow, Tomi Rae, became close once she started to fight for a share of the late soul legend’s estate. Digita Spy quotes Magic Juan as saying, "She says I'm the only one to make her cry and smile at the same time.”
An ex-pimp turned pseudo clergyman gets cozy with a widow trying to get sizable portion of a multi-million dollar estate. It’s like a fairy tale, isn’t it?
Juan claims he has kept the relationship quiet because her lawyers feel Rae won’t be looked upon favorably in court if she is linked to him. You don’t say. He did, however, say the two have exchanged diamonds, though Rae says it was just a gift and that they are just friends.
“As far as I'm concerned, I'm the Godmother of Soul and I have no intentions of being with anybody else," she said.
The “Godmother of Soul?” Is she for real? I heard her sing at the funeral last year ---- she’s more like soul’s foster child. I can’t wait to see her in Snoop’s next video, though.
