• Beyonce and mother Tina Knowles have announced a new line of prom dresses for their clothing line, House of Dereon.
YOUR SPIN:
Young ladies get ready to sparkle and shimmer in ruffles and glitter as Mama Tina puts in overtime on her sewing machine to prep a new line of prom dresses. Beyonce’s mom, and former Destiny’s Child stylist, says she’s always seen her and Beyonce’s clothing line, House of Dereon, as a dress line and she’s finally met her goal.
The new designs will retail between $120 and $300. The ever expanding clothing company only recently launched a Juniors line last year.
I should have known Dereon would sell prom dresses once they started hawking class rings. Mark my words: expect House of Dereon caps and gowns, bed linens, pet wear and an eventful men’s line.
I’m almost certain they will even make House of Dereon prison uniforms if they can score the contract. You can’t knock the hustle. Or can you?
