• Vanessa Williams is planning to return to music.

After a much celebrated return to the spotlight with her role on the hit ABC series, Ugly Betty, the former Miss America and eternally beautiful Vanessa Williams is planning a return to music. Are you dying in anticipation like me?
She released her first single back in 1988 when I was four years old. I remember some of her songs. You know, “The Right Stuff.” And “The Right Stuff.” Uhh, I’m drawing a blank. Did I mention “The Right Stuff?”
Ok, so maybe I don’t remember much about her music. I remember the “na na, hey hey” part in “The Right Stuff,” though.
Wait, wait, I got another one: “Save The Best For Last.” The irony… See there... It may have taken me an hour to remember that, but I got it. I’m a fan.
She says she’s planning to release her ninth studio album in early 2008. She hopes to have the album ready by the end of season of Ugly Betty.
