TODAY (OCT. 12): Bobby Brown Says Heart is Fine
THE FACTS:
• Bobby Brown denies having a heart attack.
THE SPIN:
Just when I thought all those years of ‘extra-curricular’ activities with local unidentified street pharmacists had taken its toll on the heart of the King of R&B, Bobby ‘The Nippy Career Killer’ Brown has gone on record to deny his attorney’s claims that he suffered a mild heart attack on Tuesday.
Bobbaaaaay’s Atlanta attorney, Phaedra Parks, said Bobby had severe chest pains Tuesday night and was taken to two hospitals. Parks said she spoke with Bobby (changed to bobby because that’s how he’s referencing him through out the rest of the article), and that he told her doctors attributed to his heart attack to stress and diet.
Not so says the King. He said he went in for a check-up and the doctor gave him a clean bill of health. So who’s telling the truth? Who cares? So long as I don’t have to plan a vigil for the King much earlier than anticipated, I’m cool.
Bobby: Stay healthy! I will send you a box of Special K every week if need be. I’m still waiting for you to stage a comeback tour. I’m not kidding when I say I want to sing “Roni” at the top of my lungs sounding as off-key as possible. You can do what you want after that.
