• Usher has decided to push back his album to be closer to his new wife, Tameka, and their son on the way.
THE SPIN:
Somewhere Chris Brown is doing a back flip out of joy while Ne-Yo is practicing all of Usher’s old moves, making sure he has them down pact. Usher, who had originally planned to release the follow-up to his monster hit, the diamond album Confessions, has pushed back the release date of his new album to be with his new bride and baby-to-be.
The disc was originally due in November, but the singer reportedly wants to tend to his duties as a husband and father.
There’s now no tentative release date for the new Usher project. All of you who are sad about this news don’t fret. I’m sure Usher will be giving countless interviews detailing every single aspect of his life. We can all anticipate stories about Usher’s mom disagreeing with Tameka over bed linens. Tameka yelling at Usher that this is baby number four for her, so why doesn’t he get his young self up to change the boy’s diaper. And with Usher’s track record, I’m sure any type of spat, disagreement or even breakup will be added to the album.
