• A man is recovering in the hospital after he was stabbed in the eye at Jay-Z’s 40/40 club in New York over the weekend.
• Christopher Harris a 26-year-old Correction Academy cadet, was rushed to nearby St. Vincent's Hospital after a dispute with a fellow clubber early Saturday morning.

The next time you frequent Jay-Z’s popular 40/40 club in New York, hold your life! There are some people you just can’t take anywhere. Unfortunately for Jay-Z, some of these people frequent his club. Lucky for Christopher Harris, the stab to his eye from 30-year-old Neville Dangou’s won’t lead to him losing his sight. Great for him because eye patches aren’t fly.
I don’t know what you have to do to get stabbed in the eye, but I hope that never happens to me. If I ever make it to 40/40, hopefully I’ll run into Beyonce and not my life flashing before my eyes.
Though this news probably isn’t great for business, one monkey doesn’t stop the show. Jay-Z is reportedly expanding the 40/40 club in Las Vegas this winter. A bit of advice: get better security.
