Business plan for designer Clothing Label...
Ok here is my problem.. i want to start a clothing label and retail shop? When writn my business plan should I focus on the clothing label aspect or the retail store aspect????

First...check into the monopoly laws and see if you can do both. Congress doesn't want anyone controlling a product from start to finish, so make sure you can do both. First I would focus on the retail store. Make a successful retail store and get some customers. After that, then do the clothing label. That way you can put it in your store, and people will see it and trust you, as they trust your retail store.
