Description
This position will be responsible for all proposal efforts requiring Customer Solutions Operating Group ($3B) approval.
Responsible for overseeing cost volume preparation process including cost volume management, developing cost and teaming strategies, managing pricing groups & review of RFP terms & conditions.
Supporting corporate and operating group councils and ensuring compliance with FAR and internal procedures.
Implementing and overseeing a price-to-win capability and process.
Working with business development, capture, operations, contracts, pricing, etc. to develop and implement pricing strategies.
