A leading, high-level meeting of minority women in information technology, computer science, information science, bioinformatics, digital arts, and system, the National Women of Color Technology Awards conference (NWOC) is the place to connect with the key issues in U.S. job growth diversity, the critical shortage of women in IT careers, technological innovation, and women-owned IT ventures.
The Conference -- with its widely praised awards, supports and recognizes minority women in technology careers. It connects them with mentors and employers to jump-start -- restart for some -- their careers. College students also attend, to meet the winners and to learn how to take the next, critical steps to forging careers of their own. For those coming from out of town and hotel and transportation is needed there is a fee for this conference. However, if you do not need hotel or transportation this conference is FREE!
