NOT AGAIN. THE BLACK MUSIC WORLD, AND

THE WORLD IN GENERAL, HAS LOST ANOTHER

GREAT PERSON. R&B SINGER GERALD LEVERT

LEAVES US AT THE RIPE AGE OF 40. HE DIED OF

A HEART ATTACK. I'M A PRODUCER AND A

PERFORMER MYSELF SO THIS REALLY HURTS.

GERALD ALONG WITH S.G., BRIAN MAC AND

NOW JOHN LEGEND ARE THE ONLY BROTHA'S I

CAN SAY KEPT R&B TRUE. IN THE WAKE OF

LOSING LUTHER, THIS HURTS THAT MUCH MORE.

R.I.P. GERALD LEVERT

yeah, I couldn't believe it when I heard he died. It seems like we're losing a lot of our black male singers, actors, and performers lately. The legendary ones, the ones our parents grew up listening to and watching- Gregory Hines,Luther, Ossie Davis, Barry white, Gerald....the list is getting longer and longer. :*(
