Why are they acting like this?
I just wanna know why my momma and daddy is trippin about me being home wit them so much. I leave for Texas Southern next week and they want me to spend every last minute with them they said that I spend to much time with my friends and they keep telling me that I dont care about them but I do. When I'm at home all they do is complain about what i dont do and what I need to do. They get on my nerves so much. Wat should I do, because I want to hang out with my friends for these last couple days!!

I honestly understand what you're saying; however, you are going away and oftentimes some parents are feeling a sense of loss in that they have difficulty "letting go" of their "baby."
Try to be patient and cherish those few days with them - You will get an overload of freedom when you arrive on the Texas Southern campus. So, ask GOD to grant you the gift of patience - You apparently really don't have that much longer to wait to "break free."
Anyway, good luck on campus and stay focused.
