Last Night Was Great!!!

So last night I sang and acted with this comedy troupe I have been acting in for a couple of months. I did not have a mic(when I sang)....but it worked out in the end!!! I would like to thank everyone that came out and supported me and the comedy troupe. I hope that those who were unable to make it can make it out to see me perform another time. The energy was wonderful. Not a lot of people came, but the crowd was wonderful. Everyday I am learning to appreciate the little things.....which reminds me of the scripture in the Bible that states(and I may be paraphrasing) 'Do not despise small beginnings.' When I was passing out flyers for this particular event, many people were asking why I was not performing at a "better" place so to speak. Lately, when it has come to gigs with the band or doing things with the troupe, I have wondered if we have been in another place, would we have made more money or any money.....but then I think about that scripture!!! Nobody starts at the top.....everyone have to start somewhere.....even the biggest stars at there had to lay down the foundation of their careers.............wow, I didn't mean to turn this into a big speech or anything.......I just wanted to make that point because it was on my heart and it may very well bless someone else! Anyway, thanks again for the support!
