OK, I deceided that I need to lose about 20lbs which means for me no more starbucks, cookies, cakes, chips, chinese food, mcdonalds, burger king and the list goes on. This is the first day and im going crazy already, but im trying to keep the end result in mind. I know that I will look and feel better because as far as the weight I just let myself go. Keep me in your prayers that I will stick to what I have set out to do weight wise this time. I always have a good start but never finish. Oh and if anyone has any advice to keep me on track feel free to drop me a few lines .

The only advice I can give you is FOCUS! It's going to be tempting sometimes but just remember what your goal is and stick to it. I am trying to lose about 10-15 lbs by the next school year and lord is it hard b/c i love mcdonalds! god bless lady and i hope you reach your goal.

Well do u have a weight watchers where u are currently staying b/c if u do then they have a good program. They teach u how to eat and control ur portion. U can eat anything! But I know u will have to work out. U should lose 3 to 4 pounds a week. Maybe thats a good idea. Just like brittany said stay focus and u will be proud of the results. I also plan on losing 20 pounds and I will be going on the weight watchers program. So I wish u the best!

I am into health myself and have worked as a personal trainer(uncertified).

Break Your meals down to 6 per day, like fruit and an egg for breakfast, or sandwiche and salad for lunch etc. Nothing complicated. This speeds up metabolism.
I can say a lot more, just start right there as a base.
The body does not distinguish between a diet and starvation.
I call them meal plans.
Make it fun not laborious and great to see You boldly voice what You aspire to do.
Thanx for being real Sis and don't get to small now, the Bro's in the South, the Young Man that is for You Sis, ain't gonna like no meat on his chicken bones :-)
Peace, take care.
