For example, communication break-downs are bound to happen. The basis of break-downs is in the communicator. A communicator must be very articulate in conveying what he or she wants. Whether your company is large or small there is only one agenda the company's agenda, no one supercedes the leader nor the Department's interests. A leader should always model the practice of the organization. A leader should always express success, appreciation, and crystallize associates for the purpose of hte company. Here's how my companies strategies will be. We'll begin with standing forums, councils, meetings, newsletters, and other communications media. We also will chart metrics for major priorities and study industry trends for improvement.
