When Love Hurts

Rosina Ezell · Friday, July 29th 2005 at 1:23AM · 187 views
If you love someone as much as you say you do, is it better to hold on or let go? Can the pain of being in love become so unbearable that it drives you away? You're driven so far away that you never look back. Everything that is said and done is taken as joke. You want to express yourself and be honest, but you can't. Simply because you're too afraid of how they'll react. They want you to be honest and tell them how you feel, but they can't do the same. What really runs through your head? Can you make your heart feel something that you know isn't natural. Are you supposed to take your feelings and run with them or shelter yourself and live a lie?

Girl, what ur saying is so true. I'm in love wit my boyfriend so to say and I'm in Philly while he is living in Alantic City with his dad. It hurts because I can't see or be with him as much as I want. This is the first time that I felt this way about anyone and I don't know how to react. Should I just drop the relationship between us and be friends pr should I just wait and be patient?

Not to be blunt or anything.. But if things aren't working out and you're not married to the person or engaged, you don't have any real obligation to the person. Make sure you know the difference between love and "falling in love" as well.
