My advice is keep your grades up. You will be able to apply for some scholarships and stuff.

Apply to more than ONE college. I got lucky and got accepted to Gram. (it was the only one I applied to). However, in this day of competitive admissions policies, I would apply to more than one. That way if Hampton turns you down, you still have another school as a back-up.

Let them know if you decide not to go. It's easy. You don't want to get accepted and then leave them hanging. Let them know. It makes the bridge much easier to cross if you decide to transfer.

Don't stress out. Do not stress out over the ACT, test grades, extracurricular activities, etc. Have fun with your high school career. I wish I could see my high school friends again. Enjoy yourself while you can, because college is an entire different level of freedom...
