Just Rambling...
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night to get water, don't worry about cutting on the light, or stumbling over anything or running into any walls because I've walked through the house so many times that I already know whats there....But yet if I spend the night with someone else I always find myself stumbling around in the dark, often bumping into things and feeling my way through the darkness.
Why is it that the mind is so afraid of the unknown and its so much easier to function within the boundaries of the things that are known to us??
What are your fears great or small?

I do think it is possible to unlearn fear... It takes meditation, control, and acceptance of what is reality...
