What is going on in our society
These days, when calling for help, exspecially on the telephone. Some public figures and others are down right rude.
I know it's not easy dealing with the public.
But a little bit of kindness, love, patients,and understanding would help!. Even if the person on the other end of the phone sounds like an idiot. You will never know, that person may have a speech problem or some other impairment. Not everyone who calls for information or help, no how too do so.
Think before answering the phone, professional people!.
