What's up Fam,
It is interesting how when you first meet someone...how much of an interest they take in you. It seems that every fiber of their being is consumed with getting to know you and getting to know your family and friends. Everyday you talk on the phone, email each other, or text message each other. It's funny how you can't wait to see that person again or you make time in your hectic schedule to see them. Every thing is cool at the beginning, but what happens when the newness of a relationship has gone downhill?
Unfortunately everyone cannot have the relationship that Tamia sings about in her song 'Still'. Many times we become bored with that person and began to long for something new. Now if you are just in a relationship(which means no rings exchanged, no vows made) it may be very easy to leave the relationship if this should happen. Many people use this as an excuse to cheat......but if communication is implemented in a relationship, there is no need for heartache. Communicating to your mate is a major key in maintaining a relationship in my opinion. Keep the lines of communication open just like you did in the beginning and I am sure that so many people would be spared the unwarranted feeling of hurt and pain. Just keep that in mind when you begin a new relationship.
Stay Blessed
One Love,
