What's up Fam?
Okay so my pastor has been focusing on a new subject in church...'Your Words Control Your Destiny'. Now excuse me if I get too deep, but this is important, especially for those of you who are planning for success and and for those of you who are wondering why some things are not going quite right in your life.........Your words control your destiny. Many talk show hosts have had shows on people with low self esteem and they have often told their guest to do daily affirmations as a part of the healing process. Well Sunday, my pastor put the nail on the head when he began discussing the power of the words that come out of your mouth. When people say I control my destiny...there is truth to that statement. In Matthew 12:36-37 it states: "But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned." Now I am by no means trying to preach a sermon to you, I am merely trying to bring to light that faith is not only walking but it is evryday living.....your words, your actions, and your beliefs!!!! If you speak to your mountain it will be moved.....so if you want a promotion, speak it into existence.....if you want a new car, speak it into existence......if you want a new house, speak it into existence. Speak positive things into your life and watch them work out for you. Parents do not call your children stupid or dumb......do not tell them that they will never be anything or do anything with their lives. Speak whatever situation that you are going through into existence. Now am I saying it is going to be easy......NO! We have trials and tribulations everyday, but it is your faith that will get you through those trials...so choose your words wisely.
