Get the 411 on egg donation
Thank you for considering the gift of becoming an egg donor. For some couples, egg donation is the last hope for a baby through pregnancy. Couples considering using egg donation have tried everything else to conceive—exhaustive testing and countless appointments with fertility specialists. It is only this genuine act of irreplaceable kindness and generosity that offers them a breath of hope.
First and foremost, you must be between the ages of 20 and 30 and be in good medical health. In addition, you must be within five (5) percent of your ideal body weight, have a good family health history, be a non-smoker, and demonstrate a high level of responsibility in meeting all the time requirements of the program.
We are recruiting extra-ordinary women- women who are at heart a humanitarian, who would like to contribute something special and unique and who want to make a difference. The gift of life is profound. Egg donation is the kind of gift for which the recipient couple will always be grateful. This can be a life-enriching and incredibly beautiful experience for young women.
Choosing to become an egg donor is not something to be taken lightly. If you would like even further information about third party reproduction, please go to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine website www.asrm.org and specifically http://www.asrm.org/Patients/topics/eggdon... for topics that address third party reproduction, its’ risks and benefits in a non-biased manner.
