
Doubt separates us from reaching out to grab and maintain a continuous peace of mind.
It can affect our decisions, trust of self and others, and our mental health.
We can fight it back by accepting our mistakes and begin to move on with our lives now that we have learned our lessons.
Just because others haven't forgot about what you did in the past...you know that you have changed and are a different person.
Just remember the Serenity prayer
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
