"Enough is enough" (577 hits)

Dec,21,2007
I spoke with a drug dealer.
His name was Lester!
I asked him why! Why was there so much drug activity going on in our community.
His story was:
1) Being lazy 2)wanting too make the fast cash 3)and too support his family!.
Lester told me at one time he was a church going person. A man of "God".
he also said there was a few let downs in life triing too get a job. But we all no that life has down falls from time too time.
Those were the excuses he gave.
Just by talking too this man, it, felt like talking too the devil himself.
He tried too present himself as being sincere but, I pierced right threw his heart.
This man has children of his own.
But yet he lives with another woman with three of her own that are not his. The woman is cocassion. If this story that was told too me by the drug dealer is true, then why is this young lady allowing herself and her children too be invovled with a man like that and mixed up in something so bad. Doesn't she cares about her life and her childrens life. So what is that telling our children. By Living in an enviorment where there is constantly drug dealers and gangs, the children have no choice or life too look forward too.
It's like a vicious cycle as each generation comes too be. You have those among the good people snatching up theirs and your child or children pushing their way of living in their faces.
So how can the children of the future make a wise choice of what they want too be, if this cycle continues. I say too the people in all areas where this is happening.
Take a stand and fight for your children, break this cycle and point the children back in the way of the old days. By "God" rules! This is one of the reasons why there is no "Father" figure. Train you child or children the way it was meant too be. Like the "Bible Saids.

I love your view on this subject a lot of black men fall short because of fathers not being around but you cant keep playing that card! When are you as a man going to step up to the plate and turn from your wicked ways and the ways of this world and stand alone? Its not easy but thats why he(GOD)is calling and raising up a generation of men that arent afraid to follow him and not the world.Once you realize that through God all things are possible then we will come to understand that we cant use those sorry excusess anymore! SHUT UP AND BE A MAN!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with you 100% that drugs are a problem per your topic. But, I disagree that it is solely the effect of laziness and the desire of fast cash. One of the root causes for many young black men to sell drugs is the need to support one’s family without applicable skills and experience. I am a black man who sold everything from Avon products to crack as a teenager in the 90's. Because minimum wage & my father's neglect to pay child support, I was left with no other choice to finance my junior/senior yr in high school, college tuition, and basic human quality of life with what people bought regularly with zero remarketing. Because of pride, I stopped serving drugs and joined the Army and gained applicable computer skills that I have used since to obtain gainful employment and support my family and render tech assist to black small business operators.

Another reason many of my peers served drugs was for the respect and social attention they received from young black girls. The girls of my youth and today both are attracted to wealth. Today, it is in the form of MTV Cribs, Black Mega churches, and so on. If you don’t believe me, then what is the difference between P-Ditty and your typical mega preacher?

Sadly, selling drugs is more addictive than using it because of the consumption of wealth. There is no therapy for arrogance. When a public school system exclude young black males from the leadership development and the social images on your TV don't include your worth, can you really blame a black male with no logic from doing what feels good at the time? Many of the same black people who demonize the drug dealer forgive Bill Clinton for the same sickness he displays. We expect our young black boys to gain something from Gladiator, Bourne Identity, & 40 year Old Virgin. Where as our daily lives resemble American Gangster, Training Day, and Roots.

Let me close with a suggestion. If you want to prevent your boys from becoming drug dealers for some politician to beat up on the campaign trail, Stop promoting wealth over God and teach your girls to find young men who may talk with a no street accent and are focused on broader issues that affect their current conditions attractive. White America has "Beauty and the Geek", and all we have is "The Parkers".

The subject of why do today's youths decide to deal drugs has been debated time and time again. There are many reason's why people enter that world and there are many reasons that some choose to leave that lifestyle. It's a complicated issue, but it's one basically rooted in a racist New World Order Agenda. That agenda has manipulated a number of people in many ways. As most of us know it is a form of genocide that has been used to justify imprisoning people of color at a disproportionate rate. That serves the NWO agenda in several ways. It allows their politicians to promote a political agenda which has stripped the Constitutional rights from a mass of people. That in turn has diminished our ability to affect the political process, helps keep the percentage of the black population at about a steady 13% rate in relation to the general population, and most of all benefits big business by supplying cheap labor. It's easy to say that youth's should make more responsible choices, but the reality is that the drug trade has enabled many families, not just minorities, to escape poverty. It's true that God is important in our lives, but do you know that the government has developed a brainwashing program to condition the population's behavior by, among other things, making people think they have had a religious experience and that "God" is talking to them. If you thought the Lord was telling you to do something, what would you do? It's just another device, developed by the CIA to control the population. People of color, you must educate yourselves about the New World Order and Illuminati agenda.
