It was just a matter of time before video vixen, Karrine "Supahead" Steffans received her own reality show. Details are scarce in regards to which network the show will appear on, but Supahead will show the world what her daily duties consist of, including public appearances, top secret photo shoots, and even her venture down to the Range Rover dealership to pick out her new whip. More importantly we will see those who surround Supahead in her daily life.
