Mcdonald's awards HBCU students with scholarships, VIP experience at the Inspiration Celebration Gospel Tour (3482 hits)


McDonald’s provided 2 Black & Positively Golden Scholarship winners with a VIP Experience at the Inspiration Celebration Gospel Tour stop in DC on Saturday, July 27, 2019. Alabama A&M University students Joshua Baker and Ariana Griggs received an all-expense paid trip, behind-the-scenes access to tour talent, one on one interaction with local McDonald’s Owner/Operators, front row concert seats, an in-show, on-stage check presentation and of course McDonald’s swag!

Together, McDonald’s and Thurgood Marshall College Fund presented Alabama A&M University students Joshua Baker and Ariana Griggs with $10,000 Black & Positively Golden Scholarships while the crowd gave a standing ovation.

Stars on hand included KeKe Wyatt, Tye Tribbett, Donald Lawrence, Lonnie Hunter, Sir The Baptist, DJ Standout, Kierra Sheard, and others.
