The Honorable John Conyes, Jr. (D-Det, MI, 1965-) a major force in the Congress based on his seniority of 40+ years has Bush in his cross hairs. This is not an assasination of Bush's character-it is a public disillusionment with the current presidency and a Congressional Investigation into the unethical charges of misleading the American people about the need to suspend Constitutional guarantees (commanding that wire-taps be made to eavesdrop on American citizens black-listed as unpatriotic) and the framing of Sadamm Hussein for the cause of the Iraq-War and other miscarriages of justice.
Conyers Calls for Impeachment The call is not merely a one man show the rumor mills are full and overflowing from Wisconsin to Pennsylvania. Democrats in the Senate are smelling blood in the water and like a hungry shark who naturally seeks to fill itself, sees Bush's wounded image as the prey.
Two Senators in the Bush Senator Feingold (D-WI) and Arlan Specter (D-PA) are calling for Censure. A Censure is akin to being publicly admonished by the people and could be a prelude to impeachment.
