Thanks To A Continuing Diversity Effort, Kellogg’s Makes Successful Hires Through HBCU CONNECT (1135 hits)

Over the past few months, Kellogg’s has been actively looking for the best and brightest to help lead their team in different fields within the organization and with the help of HBCU CONNECT, they made a number of hires to members who have applied to their positions. To put it more clearly, job candidates who are applying directly through HBCU Connect are getting direct looks from Human Resources representatives at Kellogg’s which gives them an opportunity to get first considerations for filling their open positions. Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Logistics and Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Manufacturing are just some of the different types of areas of the open positions that candidates are available to view.

Even though some positions have already been filled, it is not too late. Kellogg’s is still searching to finish off this calendar year strong and best believe HBCU Connect is looking to make a difference when it comes to where they are getting their hires from.
