I am going with the Pittsburg Steelers over the Seattle Seahawks!
Plus I want to see 13 yr NFL veteran RunningBack Jerome Bettes get his SuperBowl ring in his yr of retirement. He only came back this yr to have a chance to win the SuperBowl.
Also being a loyal Miami Dolphin fan, I'm sticking with the AFC (AMERICAN FOOTBALL CONFERENCE for those who don't know, hint, we have to be patient and teach them fellas, Lol!).
The SuperBowl consists of the AFC Champion verses the NFC (NATIONAL FOOTBALL CONFERENCE).
Feel free to look up the history of the Superbowl that started in the 60's from the old Football league...
Plus also for the few fellas who may not know for whatever reasons.
I am a Miami Dolphin diehard! I have the same hat that I had at the age of 7 when I 1st became a Dolphins fan. We are the greatest Pro-Football team of Alll time, i.e Dan Marino, only perfect undefeated 17-0 season ever, most wins ever etc.
I did have great heartache for those SuperBowl losses in the 80's, we had to play 2 of the great single season Superbowl teams in the Redskin(I still hate John Riggins) and them dadgum 49'ers the team no one liked until they started winning now no one likes them any more, and don't get me started on dem Cowboys! Lol! Most of my cousins like them I can't stand them!
Anyway, my tradition is not to buy a new MIAMI DOLPHIN Hat until they win another SuperBowl which will be in the next 3 years! We went from 3-7, won 6 straight and ended up at 9-7! The same record as those Cowboys who had a ur um 7-3 record at one time I believe, haaaaaa (fun/jokes).
Plus we are still recovering from that Ricky Williams mess that we should have continued to cut ties from especially with our new rookie running back who only needs a full back and some experience to really break out, need improvement on the defensive line.
Our defense is set.
I WILL BE TO THAT SUPERBOWL WHEN THE DOLPHINS GET THERE, "IN 3 YRS!!!"
I gonna have to start being a season ticket holder also, I pray to be able to do that...
Anyway..... I did pick Texas and VINCE YOUNG over USC who should have lost to Notre Dame anyway! I told them that at the barbershop and this one dude talked so much smack he stated he was going to buy him a USC cake and would bet me over and over again until I get it right.
I'm not a betting man anymore but I did bet him a friendly 50 cent soda.
I told him with all that mouth don't get mad when I come up here tomorrow at luch, "Cuz I'm Gonna Run My Mouth".
Needless to say, he reneged on his bet when I met him and them at the barbershop the next day.
I ain't talkn bout my Miami Hurricanes(College Football) right now, still hurt )-: We'll be baaackkk!!!!!!
At least I don't switch teams like many folk do, yall know who ya'll are!
But, Pittsburg will beat Seattle!
My Dog King better be situated before the game and after the ESPN highlights! The new Superbowl commercials have become a tradition to watch, after last years halftime show, I have to view...
Plus the fellas get pretty loud and can be hyped up if you feel me.
In the past, my jobs always knew I was going to be too tired (LOL!) to make it to work `1st thing Mon a.m. Plus in Bradenton, we hung at the sports bar, the you know what club(fellas yall know), somebody's SuperBowl party or the club.
I killed with a BB-Gun some Squirrels and Doves out of a tree and I remember the year we did 2 pigs grilled in the ground (meat was left out and 1 pan spoiled overnight, dummies!)
I cleaned and cured the Squirrel and Dove meat myself and someone else grilled them.
Fine eating!!!!!!
And those guys sure drank a lot of Hennessy and Beer. Don't know what was wrong with dem der fewls!!! Lol! Anyway... They would sample various cigars also. Even some came as couples.
Maybe I will be free after 1 a.m.?
