Carter will deliver the keynote speech at the 28th annual National Small College Enrollment Conference, July 11-13, 2016 at the Omni Hotel in Charlotte, N.C. The NSCEC, which covers topics of admissions, enrollment management and retention, is a trusted source for best practices, trends and research in the small colleges and universities sphere.
Carter will open the conference at 1 p.m. Monday, July 11, and set the tone for the three-day event with his address. Titled “The Future Small College: A Testament of Hope,” Carter will zero in on new, tried and true solutions to the challenges facing small colleges in a highly competitive and increasingly regulated environment.
