This is a safe community-wide event where candy and treats are given to all little hobgoblins and ghosties!
.
The event is sponsored by Montgomery County Sheriff Derrick Cunningham and assisted by Alabama State University's WVAS-FM National Public Radio Station.
“We want to prevent our kids from going door-to-door in the community by providing a one stop, safe place event,” said Montgomery County Sheriff Derrick Cunningham. “For this reason, we are seeking help from businesses, public service agencies, churches and neighborhood associations to make this event a huge success for our kids.”
Additional information about this event, including vendor information, is available by contacting Reletta McGhee, WVAS Community and Public Affairs Coordinator, at 334-229-5074 or via her e-mail at rmcghee@alasu.edu.
