Scholarships as incentive for anti-litter effort (6217 hits)

Hampton University student Sean Robinson believes people his age should get more involved in their community. Scholarships and a live band help provide some incentives for the anti-litter effort. He's joined by the Clean City Commission's Debbie Blanton.
