When the Alcorn State University Braves kicks off its next home football game Saturday, Nov. 15, at 4:00 p.m. against Arkansas Pine Bluff, the institution will honor active military, veterans and civil service employees for their sacrifices to ensure our country’s freedom and safety.
All military personnel, veterans and civil service employees will be admitted to the game for free with service identification. A special firework tribute and announcements will occur throughout the game between quarters and at halftime. Fans entering the game will receive a memento (while supplies last) to participate in a special acknowledgment of our servicemen and women.
Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. Tickets can be purchased online at
www.ticketmaster.com or
www.alcornsports.com. The University’s automated ticket information phone line, (601) 877-6800, provides general game day information and ticket requests are processed for “will call” only.
