It is impossible for Jesus to be the Messiah HEBREWS /CHRISTIANS CANT HANDLE THIS (1391 hits)

the reasons why it is impossible for Jesus to be the Messiah. Let's start off with Jeremiah 18 verse 7:
7 At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it.8 If---------> that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil,<---------- I will ---------->repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.<--------
In the above passage Yahuah said that if he pronounces judgement on a nation and they turn from there wicked ways that he will repent of the things that he was going to do to them. Now I will give 2 examples from the Torah/Tanahk.
Let's read Genesis 18 starting with verse 20:
20 And the Lord said,----------> Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; <---------------21 I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know. 22 And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom:---------> but Abraham stood yet before the Lord. 23 And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked? <----------24 --------->Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein?<--------------25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?26 And-------> the Lord said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.<---------
In the above passage the Angel of the Lord was seeking to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah for there sins which was so greivious and great. While they proceeded to go forward to the cities of Sodom & Gomorrah Abraham inquired of the angel of Yahuah and asked him if there be 50 righteous in the city will he destroy and not spare the place for the sake of the 50 righteous? And the angel of the Lord said if there be 50 righteous within The city of Sodom and Gomorrah, that he will spare the whole city for there sake.
Let's get one more out of the Tanahk. This one about Nineveh turning from there evil ways and being spared.
Jonah 3: 2 Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee.3 So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the Lord. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days' journey.4 And -------->Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.<-----------5 So ---------->the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them.<---------
In the passage above, Jonah went into the city of Nineveh and prophecied that in 40 days Yahuah was going to overthtow Nineveh and when the people heard Jonah they believe on Yahuah, they called fast and mourned. Now let's continue in verse 8 to see what happen after they performed this act
8 But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, -------->let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands.<---------9 Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?10 And --------->God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.<---------
So after Jonah prophecied to the people of Nineveh and told them that Yahuah will over throw there city in 40 days, they repented. After they repented and mourn, Yahuah saw there works of repentance, that they had turned away from wickedness and he repented of the evil he said he would do to them and he did not do it.
Now being that is established and we know that Yahuah will spare a city if they repent or if there is a number of righteous within the city even though judgment has been pronounced against them. Let's go to the New Testament.
Acts 2: 14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, -------->Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:<--------
38 Then Peter said unto them, -------->Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, <----------and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, ------->Save yourselves from this untoward generation.<---------41 Then --------->they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.<---------
So we see that these were men of Judea and Jews who dwelt at Jerusalem on the day of pentecost. The apostles did the same thing Jonah did they preached repentance and turning away from wickedness, and that they should save themselves from that wicked generation because judgement was coming upon them. Then the passage goes on to say that 3,000 men received the word and were baptized. So that is 3,000 jews that repented.
Now we know that Christ told his disciples that they would not have gone over allthe cities of Israel before he return. And in Acts 2: 47 it said that people was added daily to the church. So there was people repenting everyday and turning from there wickedness to be saved. To be saved from what? What was they to be saved from? What is salvation?
Luke 1: 68 Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for------> he hath visited and redeemed his people,<-------69 And ------->hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;<----------70 As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began:71 That ------->we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that hate us;<--------
In the above passage Christ is said to be the horn of salvation in which Yahuah will redeem Israel by. And the salvation he was to provide for Israel was that they should be saved from there enemies and from the hand of that hate them. If this was Christ mission to accomplish. How did Israel end up in the hands of there enemies and all that hate them, when they were suppose to be saved from them by the horn of salvation which is Christ? Why was Jerusalem besiged in 70 C.E when there were 3,000 jews of Judea and those who dewlt at Jerusalem who repented and turn away from wickedness plus those who were added daily according to Acts 2:47? Yahuah was going to spare the city of Sodom & Gomorrah for the sake of 50 righteous people but not for the sake of thousands? Lmao really?
We know that according to audience relevance on the discourse of Christ on Mount Olive in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 12, that he was speaking directly to his disciples only, and no one else. He warned his disciples that when they see the abomination of desolation stand in the Holy Place that they shall flee to the Mountains. Why did not his disciples warn the other Jews at Jerusalem of this? Why is it not recorded nowhere, were the disciples warned the people to flee Jerusalem? What happen to those Jews who repented from their wickedness and all those that were added to the church daily?
