The Things We Say And Do To Ourselves (162 hits)

Why are we our own worst critics
Why do we tell lies to ourselves
Why do we become a shell after experiencing pain

Do we recognize that whatever we think we become it
If we think negative, we become negative
If we think positive, we become positive

Are our negative actions toward others done intentionally or by accident
Are we really spiteful or are we truly in pain deep down inside calling for help the best way we know how

Remember we make mistakes because we are not perfect
But don't be hard on yourself and others
Everybody wants to be happy
No one is born in this world sad or angry
It is the circumstances we encounter

Just recognize the things we say and do to ourselves

P.S: Writing releases the pain and joy deep within our soul
