brigadaire generals., captains and admirals try to uphold the policies written in=law by USA's politicans.....
the chain of command... the US PRESIDENT OF THE DAY..THE VICE PRES.
THE SECRETART OF STATE... THE CHIEF joint of staff... and etc....
