
Margot James Copeland, Executive Vice President - Director Civic Affairs and Corporate Diversity for KeyCorp,
Copeland is recognized throughout Greater Cleveland and publications such as New Cleveland Woman magazine recognized and named Copeland one of their "100 most Powerful Women in Cleveland," and Crain's Cleveland Business named her a "Cleveland Woman of Influence." In addition, Copeland has received the YWCA Career Woman of Achievement Award, as well as numerous other local awards. Copeland also served as a delegate to the White House Conference on America's Future.
In her role at KeyCorp, Copeland serves as chair of the Key Foundation and is responsible for managing the company's annual $20 million philanthropic investment portfolio and workforce diversity programs. She is also a member of the company's Executive Council. She is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Cleveland Roundtable and has served as Executive Director for Leadership Cleveland. Copeland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Hampton University and a Master of Educational Research from Ohio State University.
