The question that is sometime are we ready as a people for change, and to answer correctly you have to take a close look in the mirror and ask yourself have I done all I can do to better me ,my kids, my family ,my coworkers & friends. When you make a change for the better you want to make sure that all around you r prayed up so when you go up you leave the door of opportunity open for those that you left behind. To come up think hard and look in the mirror
