though such misconduct can be traumatic, too, even though it's illegal for ANY business to spurn a JOB candidate/ applicant simply for alleging HARASSMENT else where.
So an offender has the right to privacy, in other words..
i believe this is wrong.
these rules are applied to s*x and / or child molester... when the person settles in a neighbourhood, neighbours are not necessarily or not obligated to know about THAT person.....
