MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Data Visualization Analyst supporting CIS, you will transform complex operational and technical data into clear, compelling visual insights that empower leadershipdecision makingacross globally distributed environments. You will design intuitive dashboards, visual products, and analytic displays that communicate trends, risks, and performance outcomes, enabling teams to better plan, prioritize, and executemission criticalIT services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreate clear, modern data visualizations, dashboards, charts, tables, and maps that communicate insights effectively to technical and nontechnical audiencesTranslate analytical findings into static and interactive visual products using design tools (e.g., Adobe, Office Suite) and enterprise visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau or similar)Combine analytical, artistic, and technical skills to produce graphics for briefings, reports, presentations, andenterprise leveldecision supportCollect requirements, define project scope, outline technical summaries, and develop mockups for data visualization productsBuild, enhance, and automate dashboards and analytic products to support operational, executive, andexplorationanalysisMaintain a consistent, modern design aesthetic across all visualizations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to organizational standardsPrioritize and manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, coordinating withcross functionalstakeholders to meet deadlines and business needsDevelop scalable design principles, best practices, and templates to ensure repeatable,high qualityvisualization outputsVisualize patching, vulnerability, and compliance data by developing dashboards that display noncompliant assets, remediation progress, and security posture trendsProduce metrics and visual summaries for patch status, risk areas, trend analysis, and compliance reporting to support cybersecurity and operations teams WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEEDCLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI clearance with CI PolygraphEDUCATION: Bachelors degree in an IT-related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degreeCERTIFICATION: Ability to meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirementsExperience designing data visualizations, dashboards, and analytic graphics using modern visualization and design toolsStrong ability to interpret, analyze, and present complex datasets through intuitive visual formatsExperience gathering requirements and translating analytical needs into visual concepts and deliverablesAbility to manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliveraccurate, professional visualization products on scheduleStrong communication, documentation, and collaborativeproblem-solvingskillsUS citizenship requiredLOCATION: Onsite GDIT IS YOUR PLACEAt GDIT, the mission is our purpose, and our people are at the center of everything we do.Growth: AI-powered career tool that identifies career steps and learning opportunitiesSupport: An internal mobility team focused on helping you achieve your career goalsRewards: Comprehensive benefits and wellness packages, 401K with company match, and competitive pay and paid time offCommunity: Award-winning culture of innovation and a military-friendly workplaceOWN YOUR OPPORTUNITYExplore an enterprise IT career at GDIT and youll find endless opportunities to grow alongside colleagues who share your desire to drive operations forward. #CIS
