The Producer, Team Content will join the Athletics Department's External Affairs team as part of the award-winning Fighting Irish Media department. In this role, you will help shape the visual story of Notre Dame Men's Basketball while also contributing to the digital coverage of Notre Dame Football - two of the most visible programs in college athletics.
Reporting to the Director, Team Content, this position will lead the creative video production strategy for Notre Dame Men's Basketball, producing engaging content that connects fans with the team across digital and social platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creative vision and execution of video content for Notre Dame Men's Basketball across social and digital platforms
- Stay ahead of emerging digital and social media trends, helping elevate the team's presence and fan engagement
- Plan, capture, and edit compelling video content that showcases the team, its culture, and its student-athletes
- Collaborate with teams across Athletics, including Student-Athlete Branding & Social Media, Communications, and Graphic Design, to build a best-in-class content strategy
- Bring strong technical expertise in all aspects of video production, from filming to post-production
- Manage and maintain production equipment such as cameras, lenses, lighting, audio gear, and other creative tools
- Travel with the Men's Basketball team and work nights, weekends, and select holidays to capture key moments and events
- Serve as a videographer and editor for Notre Dame Football home and away games, producing game-day and postgame content
- Mentor and develop Fighting Irish Media student employees, helping the next generation of storytellers grow their skills
- Contribute to additional creative projects and initiatives within Fighting Irish Media

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (4 years)
- Minimum 2 years of creative production experience within atheltic industry
- Expert level knowledge in all aspects of video production; including but not limited to, ENG camera operation, Adobe Suite (special emphasis on Premiere Pro & After Effects), lighting, audio, and staging.
- Previous experience in production of partnership video content.
- Experience managing client relationships in the production of video or multimedia content.
Additional Information
Salary: Up to $73,000
