Corporate Pharmacy Intern
Job Summary Collaborates with cross-functional corporate pharmacy teams across Walgreens to support strategic decision-making and drive departmental initiatives. Contributes to projects aligned with business goals and provides analytical insights.
Selected pharmacy interns will spend 12 weeks at our corporate headquarters in Deerfield, IL. Housing available for non-local candidates outside of Deerfield (55+ miles)
Job Responsibility - Supports strategy development for the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and collaboration.
- Leverages data tools and business intelligence resources to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Provides operational and analytical support to internal teams, enhancing cross-divisional coordination.
- Collects and shares feedback to improve pharmacy programs and enhance patient and team member experiences.
- Supports pharmacy execution across pharmacy teams.
- Coordinates project plans and status updates, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Identifies opportunities to improve policies and processes.
- Assists in developing Communications, Job Aids, and SOPs.
- Contributes to strategic projects, delivering outcomes aligned with business priorities and presenting findings to leadership.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership summarizing findings,
- recommendations, or project updates.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be a current student enrolled in an accredited school of Pharmacy program.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Willing to travel up to/at least 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Salary Range: $27.81 - $40.77 / Hourly
