Job Description: This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.Overview:The Enterprise Full Stack Developer with AI exposure will be a core member of the Global Capital Markets Technology team that is responsible for the development and support of Global Capital Markets technology applications. The candidate will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and improvement, within a talented team. This role will lead and delivery/development of one or more initiatives. The person will be the primary architect and hands on technology leader. The role is expected to have strong analytical skills along with deep technical expertise and, have ability to dive into technical details including design and development and troubleshooting of complex issues. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements</li><li>Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained</li><li>Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack</li><li>Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle</li><li>Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas</li><li>Automates manual release activities</li><li>Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>8+ years experience of Full stack development</li><li>Strong hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise-scale Java applications (e.g., Spring / microservices).</li><li>Proven experience developing rich, responsive UI applications using Angular.</li><li>Ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions spanning UI, backend services, APIs, and integrations.</li><li>Not just design — the role requires deep hands-on development and ownership of technical delivery.</li><li>Ability to define solution architecture, design patterns, and technical standards.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex production issues.</li><li>Leads design decisions and drives implementation across one or more initiatives.</li><li>Practical experience working in Agile teams (sprints, stand-ups, backlog refinement, delivery commitments).</li><li>Ability to lead delivery initiatives in a fast paced, iterative environment.</li><li>Hands-on Experience with GenAI Projects</li><li>Prior involvement in Generative AI initiatives (PoCs, pilots, or production use cases).</li><li>Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications (not just theoretical knowledge).</li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in Global Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services Technology</li><li>Understanding of regulated environments, auditability, and enterprise risk considerations</li><li>Experience with microservices architecture</li><li>API design and service integration best practices</li><li>Performance tuning and scalability considerations</li><li>CI/CD pipeline exposure</li><li>Cloud or hybrid infrastructure awareness</li><li>Observability, logging, and operational readiness</li><li>Ability to partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams</li><li>Mentorship of developers and setting technical direction for the team</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Application Development</li><li>Automation</li><li>Influence</li><li>Solution Design</li><li>Technical Strategy Development</li><li>Architecture</li><li>Business Acumen</li><li>DevOps Practices</li><li>Result Orientation</li><li>Solution Delivery Process</li><li>Analytical Thinking</li><li>Collaboration</li><li>Data Management</li><li>Risk Management</li><li>Test Engineering</li></ul>Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40</div>
