Lab Technician - Part Time

<dt><h2>Class Description</h2></dt>
<dd><p>The purpose of this class is to provide assistance in the daily maintenance of a specialized instructional environment or to assist with special projects. </p><p style="margin: 0 0 8pt">A candidate for this position must be able to work in the afternoons and evenings.</p></dd>
<dt><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2></dt>
<dd><p>High School/GED required and one year of experience working as a Lab Technician or Lab Aide in an educational or healthcare setting preferred.</p></dd>
<dt><h2>Class Specific Essential Duties</h2></dt>
<dd><p></p><p><br></p><p>1. Follow oral and written directions.</p><p>2. Work safely with minimal supervision.</p><p>3. Follow lab procedures and protocols.</p><p>4. Care and maintenance of other lab equipment.</p><p>5. Work with instructors in the operations of assigned area.</p><p>6.
