The Director of Engineering provides strategic and operational leadership for Pall Aerospaces North America engineering organization, ensuring world-class execution across new product development, sustaining engineering, compliance, and innovation. This role translates business and technology strategies into actionable engineering priorities, drives delivery on commitments, and builds a high-performing engineering team.

This position reports to the VP- Global Engineering and is part of the Aerospace Engineering Leadership team in New Port Richey, Florida and will be an on-site role (Relocation assistance available).

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors degree with 12+ years of relevant engineering experience with emphasis on support and sustainment programs OR Masters/Doctoral degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in aerospace or similarly regulated, high-reliability industries.

• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex product development programs.

• Strong working knowledge of aerospace standards (AS9100), gated development processes, and regulated product environments.

• Demonstrated success driving NPI/NPD execution, cost-reduction programs, and sustaining engineering performance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Willingness to travel (international and domestic) up to 10% in support of program and business development efforts.
