Position OverviewLedgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an AP Vendor Specialist to join their team in Georgia. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to manage vendor accounts and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain effective communication and streamline processes. Responsibilities- Update W9s and 1099s.
- Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
- File documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the finance department in various administrative tasks as needed.
Required Work HoursThe AP Vendor Specialist will work Monday through Friday during first shift hours. BenefitsThis position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $23 per hour.
