Location: Fresno, CA

Position Type: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $23-30/hr (DOE)

What You'll Do:

• Own the accounts payable process, from reviewing invoices to processing payments with precision.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain stellar relationships.
• Reconcile accounts, assist with month-end closings, and prepare detailed reports to keep financial operations seamless.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while managing payments through checks, wire transfers, and ACH.
• Be an integral part of audits and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or similar experience (you've got this!).
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Excel mastery.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills that shine.
