Location: Fresno, CA Position Type: Temp to Hire Pay Rate: $23-30/hr (DOE) What You'll Do:- Own the accounts payable process, from reviewing invoices to processing payments with precision.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain stellar relationships.
- Reconcile accounts, assist with month-end closings, and prepare detailed reports to keep financial operations seamless.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while managing payments through checks, wire transfers, and ACH.
- Be an integral part of audits and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.
What You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of accounts payable or similar experience (you've got this!).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Excel mastery.
