You will guide and oversee all ongoing and ad hoc analysis to drive marketing strategy, optimization, and innovation. In this role, you will be a strategic partner for leaders across the entire organization, applying data and insights to influence executive decision-making. You will report to the Vice President of Ecommerce.**This role is fully remote optional but Los Angeles area is preferred due to possible hybrid work model once the offices reopen.<h2>What you'll do</h2><ul><li>Partner with marketing leadership to prepare and maintain forecasts and comprehensive budgets</li><li>Own all customer lifetime value analysis and reporting</li><li>Analyze complex marketing and financial data and highlight trends within key customer segments to help the marketing team identify opportunities to maximize LTV</li><li>Own all analytics related to customer acquisition and partner with marketing team and BY leadership to set and evaluate ongoing new customer investment allowable</li><li>Build, manage, and socialize analytics dashboards to facilitate data transparency, encourage stakeholder accountability, and minimize business risk</li><li>Support and automate current-state reporting, as well as develop new reports and ad-hoc analyses</li></ul><h2>Who you are</h2><ul><li>An exceptional communicator and collaborator. You're effective at influencing cross-functional teams and can articulate your thoughts to everyone from individual contributors to top executives</li><li>Data driven with a consumer-first focus. You have a strong track record of leveraging analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer products or services</li><li>Adaptable and ambitious. You enthusiastically take on other assignments when needed to support your team</li></ul><h2>What you'll need</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field</li><li>5+ years in financial, business, or marketing analytics function</li><li>Experience in a direct-to-consumer and Ecommerce</li><li>Expert level Excel skills and strong proficiency in accounting software</li><li>Solid analytical experience and aptitude; passion for using data to make decisions</li></ul>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
