I should be hired because I am a life-long learner and love to teach/motivate students in using their abilities to achieve success. There is nothing more than helping someone learn beyond their own capacity. Also, there is no better feeling in knowing that you have made a difference in another person's life, another person's family member, another employer's employee, etc. I also have many years of teaching experience in three different counties along with instructing at a community college.
